Laylac Center hosted the Italian group from West Climbing Bank, after a 2-year of pandemic COVID in the world. The program was for ten days, focusing on the sport of climbing, and it was the Battir area near Bethlehem and the village of Ein Qinya in the city of Ramallah. The days included visits to some institutions concerned with human rights and refugees (Badil Research Center, Al-Haq Foundation, Defense for Children International). The center also organized a political tour for the Italian group of 25 people in Hebron and Bethlehem. On the last days of the project, the Dheisheh camp was raided by the Israeli occupation army, which resulted in the death of the 16-year-old Adam Ayad. Where the group was present at the martyr’s funeral ceremonies and also drew a mural near the martyrs’ cemetery in memory of the martyr Omar Manna and the martyr Adam Ayad and all the martyrs of Palestine.
