Laylac Center began working on restructuring the departments working in the center, where the first session was held in the Youth Department to arrange and restructure the internal conditions, due to the influx of new youth volunteers to work in the department. From here, the meeting was organized under the leadership of Dr. Ziad Faraj, who moderated the discussion. In the end, the participants approved the validity of the organizational process and the distribution of volunteers to the various work departments, which are the Awareness and Education Committee, Training and Capacity Building, and Volunteer Work. Twenty-five volunteers attended this meeting, as the second meeting of the youth group will soon be held next week.
