After extensive training, with the participation of 12 children, the local children’s council was elected. They were from the Laylac Center, the girl Ghazal Al-Farahin and the child Ayham Shamroukh.
This group was established with the aim of creating a communication and communication mechanism between the members of the protection teams in the Bethlehem governorate with the aim of cultural and human rights exchange to achieve better participation of children through a representative body for children, which comes in the form of protection teams.
Protection Teams is a representative body for children within the institutions of the Palestinian Network for Child Rights and within the areas most at risk, which aims to enhance children’s active participation in collecting information, monitoring the implementation of their rights, and documenting violations of their rights.
